Cássila Sarzi Dolman always knew entrepreneurship would one day become part of her journey. Born in Brazil and having spent most of her life in United Kingdom, she built a successful career as a commercial lawyer before following her passion for creating a purpose-driven luxury brand. After the arrival of her children, Cass realised that the demands of corporate life no longer aligned with the lifestyle and values she envisioned for her family, inspiring her to turn her long-held entrepreneurial ambition into reality.

Driven by a desire to create meaningful impact, Cass founded Lachesis London — a luxury jewellery and fashion accessories brand rooted in Brazilian craftsmanship, sustainability and social responsibility. Through carefully curated collections, she is redefining modern luxury by combining timeless design with ethical sourcing, artisan empowerment, and a commitment to positive change. Her vision is centred on creating high-quality, consciously crafted pieces that celebrate individuality while supporting communities and preserving traditional craftsmanship.

Cass balances her family life with her role as founder and creative force behind Lachesis London. Passionate about wellness, philanthropy and entrepreneurship, she enjoys staying active, volunteering and continuing to grow a brand that inspires confidence, connection, and conscious luxury.
