Returns and Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Anything outside of this period constitutes a final sale and does not qualify for returns; however you may be offered a credit note at our discretion.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service for international customers; customers returning orders from outside the UK are liable to pay any return postage costs.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept return of sales items or damaged goods. If an order arrives damaged, please inform us at immediately, showing proof of damage.

We will send you a Return Shipping Label link, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of shipping label for returning unwanted items, as well as any taxes associated with it where applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the provided address for return. Therefore, we recommend that you use the Return Shipping Label provided.

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our T&Cs will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future returns being refused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

There is no cost to exchange your purchase, although if you are based outside the UK, taxes and duties may be applicable, which will be responsibility of the customer. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping charges and applicable taxes related to the return are non-refundable. Please note  it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
