Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings, unless the item is faulty.

For clip-on earrings and all other items, we have a 28-day return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once a request for return is received and acknowledged by us, we must receive the product within 14 days and in a saleable condition. Anything outside of this period constitutes a final sale and does not qualify for returns.
